Having a healthy sense of humour is so incredibly helpful during the time of change.
It is not often we do an assessment on our sense of humour and investigate its healthiness – it is not a common conversation we have with others.
The importance of it is paramount to successfully going through big or even small changes in our lives, it is something to always draw upon to
lighten a situation and see clearly the possibilities we wish to create.
Most people don’t really work on their sense of humour, but it’s just like any other muscle – you can stretch it, grow it, understand it and make it stronger –
and it will in turn make you stronger and better equipped to deal with life’s many challenges.

I believe your sense of humour is your seventh sense.
