Shibori is a traditional Japanese dyeing technique. The word comes from the verb root shiboru, which means "to wring, squeeze, press”. During this workshop you’ll create your own unique Shibori inspired dyed pillow cases through a combination of folding, twisting and binding.

This 1.5 hour workshop includes:

  • All materials required to make your own Shibori inspired dyed pillow cases.
  • You’ll learn the basics of Shibori
  • Free drinks & nibbles to graze on throughout the night
  • Complimentary $10 gift card to spend at Fairfield Gardens

Note: This workshop can get a little messy. Each participant will be given a disposable apron, however we recommend participants wear old clothing.

Limited spots available. Maximum 20 people in each workshop. Book now to avoid disappointment. Suitable for beginners.
